I just threw out a bottle of grape juice today that has been in the fridge 6 months or more. It turned, but I was afraid to drink it.
I had a fruit bowl that I’m pretty sure fermented.
They’re usually just flavoring in wine, but I’ve run across dandelion, carrot, and cinnamon wines. HHMMM.. Cinnamon. I’ll have to try making that sometime.
