Lucy stands and looks at a clock.<BR><BR> Linus lies in a pumpkin patch. He frowns: "Halloween is over.."<BR><BR> Linus walks past Lucy, who demands, "Have you been sitting out in that pumpkin patch all night again?" Linus is hunched over.<BR><BR> "I was waiting for the Great Pumpkin...He didn't come.." Lucy throws up her arms: "Why don't you just curse the Great Pumpkin, and forget the whole thing?"<BR><BR> Linus comments, "You sound like Job's wife." He sits on a cushion. Lucy raises her fist and announces, "Shake your fist in the air, and say, 'Curse you, Great Pumpkin! I know you don't exist!"<BR><BR> "Then you'd be FREE! You can do it!!" Lucy urges Linus.<BR><BR> Lucy stares straight ahead and continues: "Just say, 'Curse you, Great Pumpkin! I know you don't exist! I don't need you! I'm free ! I'm free!'"<BR><BR> "Come on, you can do it! Just say it!" Lucy kneels down beside Linus and begs.<BR><BR> "COME ON! SAY IT!" Lucy stands up and drags Linus up, shaking him.<BR><BR> LINUS OPENS HIS ARMS AND WAILS, "JUST WAIT 'TIL NEXT YEAR!!" Lucy closes her eyes: "Oh, good grief!" she says.<BR><BR>
