He couldn’t be. Communists don’t have beaches, because it would result in beach front property, which is anti-egalitarian.

At this time in history, about 1/3 of the world was living in Communist nations: The Soviet Union, China, Vietnam, North Korea, East Germany, Poland, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Cuba, etc.
