Transcript:
It is starting to snow. Linus stands outside with a shovel He cries, "Ha!! Look at that!"<BR><BR> He says, "It's starting to snow, and I'm READY!" Sally stands next to him.<BR><BR> "I'm going to be the first kid in the neighborhood to shovel walks.." Linus says, smiling.<BR><BR> "I'm goinng from house to house and I'm going to shovel every sidewalk and driveway that I can find!" Linus declares as be bends down to shovel. Sally stands behind him.<BR><BR> "Will you make a lot of money?" Sally asks. Linus turns to face her: "You bet I'll make a lot of money! And you think I'll spend it right away, don't you? Well, I won't!"<BR><BR> Linus continues: "I'll probably just put it all in a savings account, and just live off the interest, or maybe I'll buy an annuity payable at age twelve, or maybe I'll invest it all in some mutual funds, or even buy some stock in one of our local companies that seems to be getting bigger, or..."<BR><BR> "..Or maybe I'll...I'll..." Linus looks up thoughtfully. Sally stares at him.<BR><BR> They look around: the snow has stopped.<BR><BR> They walk. Sally offers, "I remember reading about Abraham Lincoln, and how he used to do his homework with a piece of coal on the back of a shovel..." Linus carries the shovel over his shoulder: "Forget it!"<BR><BR>
