Peppermint Patty says, "Snoopy, I need your help."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty looks at a piece of paper and says, "My grades in school have really been going down so I thought if you'd type this term paper for me, it would look nice, and I might get a better grade . . ."<BR><BR> The Literary Ace's ears stand up. Peppermint Patty says, "Of course, I can't pay you anything but . . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy covers the typewriter and faces the opposite direction. Peppermint Patty frowns and says, "That's the fastest I've ever seen a cover go on a typewriter!"<BR><BR>

Ah, THAT"S one thing you won’t see people own, anymore—A TYPEWRITER—thanks to the BIG POPULARITY of computers. If this cartoon were being made today, forty years later, would Snoopy immediately SHUT DOWN his computer, no sooner had Patty said,“I can’t pay you anything…”the way he immediately covers his typewriter?Ha,ha.
