I gather what PP reads in Panel 3, was one of the “little improvements” that Snoopy had put, in Patty’s term paper(that he had mentioned in Panel 4, in the cartoon two days before this.) And so, as it was, his so-called “improvements,”had BACKFIRED, as far as being improvements, in the LEAST—he BLEW PP’s chance, to improve her grades!
