Lucy leans on the piano and says, "I came over here to be with you . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "I know, however, that you don't like to be with me so I'm eating a candy bar instead."<BR><BR> Schroeder walks away. Lucy says, "Eating a candy bar is the tenth best thing to being with someone . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy shouts, "Don't you want to hear what the other nine are?"<BR><BR>

Those first two panels seem particularly sad to me. Not sure why; it’s the same sentiment we’ve seen countless times before, but this time it feels a little more poignant.
