Charlie Brown walks in the snow towards a house holding a shovel. He rings the doorbell.<BR><BR> He asks Lucy as she opens the door,"Shovel your walk?" She replies,"Sure, but you have to sign this contract."<BR><BR> She stands on the doorstep and reads from a sheet of paper,"You will work for a flat fee, provide your own lunch, and pay your own insurance."<BR><BR> She raises her finger and continues,"If it snows within twenty four hours, the sidewalk must be cleaned again without charge...."<BR><BR> She looks down at the contract and continues,"We also have exclusive rights to your shovel....we reserve all tv, motion picture, radio, and video cassette rights in perpetuity..."<BR><BR> She continues,"If you whistle while you work, all recordings become our property."<BR><BR> She hands him the contract and a pen. She concludes,"The area to be shoveled runs from the porch to the street...here, sign on the bottom line..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown looks over the contract. He says to her,"The contract is longer than the sidewalk!"<BR><BR>
