Peppermint Patty sits at the table and writes,"Happy Any Day!" She strolls through a store with Marcie and points to the card section. She says,"OVer here, Marcie."<BR><BR> They stand by the counter and she says,"Yes, Ma'am, I'd like to buy a Mother's Day card, but I don't have a mother..."<BR><BR> She continues,"What I need is a Mother's Day card for my father who has also been a mother to me..."<BR><BR> She asks,"You don't have any cards like that?"<BR><BR> Marcie looks over at the cards and asks,"How about a graduation card, sir, like he's graduated from being a father to being a father and a mother?" Peppermint Patty replies,"I don't think so, Marcie."<BR><BR> Marcie holds up a card and asks,"How abut a get-well card, sir?" Doesn't he have tennis elbow?" Peppermint Patty looks at the card and replies,"Maybe, but I don't think so, Marcie."<BR><BR> Marcie looks inside a card and asks,"How abut a Mother's Day car, but you write on it, 'Do Not Open 'Til Father's Day'?" Peppermint Patty replies,"I don't think so, Marcie."<BR><BR> She puts her hand to her mouth and says,"I think I'll just go home, and give him a hug..."<BR><BR> As they walk out of the store, Marcie concludes,"Good thinking, sir...this will be the best Mother's Day a father can have!"<BR><BR>
