Paige’s attempt to make fried eggs reminds me of Calvin’s attempt to make scrambled eggs for his sick-in-bed mother.

This one is the answer to why the kids don’t do their own cooking if they don’t like Andy’s.

I learned to cook by sitting at the kitchen counter a lot while doing other things and passively paying attention to what my mom was doing.

I learned to cook by reading the directions on the back of the microwave meals.

Eggs over impossible?

She overcooked them. So she needs to learn when to stop.
