Woodstock leans his back against a snowball and pushes it across the field. He picks it up and trots along with it.<BR><BR> He struggles to push it across the field. He picks it up again.<BR><BR> He stands back and admires the snowmen he has placed in a tree.<BR><BR> He sits next to Snoopy atop the doghouse and chirps to him.<BR><BR> Snoopy hops off the doghouse with him.<BR><BR> Snoopy looks up at the empty tree puzzled and Woodstock exclaims as he realizes that the sun has melted his snowmen.<BR><BR> As Woodstock turns away fuming, Snoopy looks down at the tiny hats resting on the snow-covered field. Woodstock picks up the hats, places them atop his head, and walks off upset.<BR><BR> Marice looks out the window and says,"You know what I just saw? A tiny bird just walked by with five hats on his head, and I think he was crying..." Peppermint, who is watching t.v., replies,"You're weird, Marcie!"<BR><BR>

Aww, poor Woodstock! His snowman tree was so cute, too!

Why did Schulz persist in pushing the idea that snow can melt completely in a matter of seconds?
