Upon further contemplation, a query occurs to me. How do we know this is an exploding house? If it had already exploded, then there would be no house, and anything built in it’s place would be new, and therefore not subject to the “mid-2000’s Housing Crisis Explodey-House Whatsit”. Since it obviously HASN’T exploded, what criteria are satisfied in order to classify this as an Exploding House? Frankly, I think this is False Advertising.
