Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty stand by the bench on the baseball field with Marcie standing near by watching them. Peppermint Patty turns to Marcie, hands akimbo, and says,"This is a managers' meeting, Marcie" The latter replies,"Just listening, sir..."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty turns to Charlie Brown and says,"Okay, Chuck, let's flip a coin to see who gets to be the home team...."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown spreads his hands and says,"This is our field...we're already the home team" Marcie says,"He's right sir...this is their field so they're already the home team"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty raises her finger and exclaims,"Okay, then we'll flip to see who gets to bat last!" Charlie Brown replies,"The home team always bats last..." Marcie chimes in,"He's right, sir...they're the home team so they get to bat last..." Peppermint Patty stares at the reader.<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty turns to Marcie and shouts,"Marcie, will you stop taking Chuck's side about everything?!" Marcie walks away saying,"Rules are rules, sir..."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty spreads her hands and exclaims,"Well, we have to flip about something!!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says,"Actually, we can't flip about anything because we don't have a coin..." Peppermint Patty points off to her left and replies,"No problem, Chuck....Marcie has a coin..."<BR><BR> She frowns as Marcie reappears with an ice-cream cone and says,"Not anymore!"<BR><BR>
