At the end of “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” Snoopy (and Woodstock?) are seen eating Thanksgiving turkey. The comic-strip and TV versions of Peanuts characters are essentially two different animals (so to speak) but that’s a pretty sharp contrast. Especially with a bird-eating bird? Deeply bizarre! And I’m sure we’ve seen Snoopy eat turkey before.
