Sally stands next to a boy in line to see Santa. Sally asks, "Hey, kid . . Did you ever think about Santa Claus having a coronary?" The boy asks, "A what?"<BR><BR> Sally says, "When you get up there to talk to him, check his ear lobes . . ." The boy asks, "Do what?"<BR><BR> Sally explains, "A deep crease in the ear lobes could indicate change in coronary vessels . . ."<BR><BR> The boy stands on the stairs ready to see Santa. Sally whispers, "Check his ears lobes . ." The boy asks, "Do what?!"<BR><BR>
