Have received an early Christmas present, Will Henry’s Snug Harbor Stories. I will be taking it with me when I visit Grand Canaria in March, for a good old read on the beach. CANT WAIT.

Their house must be very warm for them to have on little of anything.

I do believe Sterling is smiling! Looks like a genuine smile. Not a sinister grin.

Maybe they celebrate german christmas? We are getting presents on christmas eve – but in the evening, so wake parents early does not help.

The biggest mistake my parents ever made was teaching me and my brother to tell time. No, it’s after midnight, it’s Christmas! (Though I understand this is meant to be on the morning of the 24th)

Note that Dad is either still asleep, or doing an excellent job of faking it.
