Yep. Actually, our explanation is that wallets, keys, phones, etc., tesser (as in tesseract) to another existence.

When I got my phone, they had two colors for the outer case – black or pink. I’m not much for pink, but this is exactly the problem I was thinking of when I said I wanted a bright color for my phone case.

I bow to your insight, Mr. Knight!

It was either this, or dropping forward in time through a wormhole into next hour, or next week, or next month. But the missing item always turns up right where I left it, right where it’s supposed to be, right where I looked a hundred times and found it missing.
