Kids invent great entertainment. While rebuilding after a house fire, my aunt, uncle, and two cousins moved into a house at Lake Norman. About 300 feet from the top of the driveway to the end of the pier, with around a 75 foot drop. Those kids would ride Big Wheels and bicycles down the drop, and take a flying jump into the lake. One of those kids designs and builds skate and bike parks now.

I used to do that :-D Also jumping from the top of the cabinet to the bed :-)
