Ooooooh yessssss!!! We would have lots of those coupons. We live upstairs and always, as in constantly have to watch what kind of air comes in when we open a window. The stink from regular smokers who go outside so their flat does not get smelling like cigarettes, the neighbors below who polute the air with their “room scent” to which I am highly allergic to, the ones with the fire bowl, the ones with the woodburning stoves, the one who smokes fish and venison in a large smoking oven and finally the ones with the grills. We can not leave windows open unattended. Never. It would be nice to have the windows open the whole day in spring & summer- but noooo…
