Rare instance of Snoopy calling Charlie Brown by his name instead of “that round-headed kid”. It’s been three decades since Snoopy has forgotten his master’s name. Snoopy started calling Charlie Brown “that round-headed kid” in 1969, during a story arc in which Snoopy is searching for his mom.

“Please, don’t call me ‘Charlie Brown’, my friends call me ‘that round-headed kid’. . .”

When would she have known Snoopy at camp if CB (presumably) wasn’t there with him? And why doesn’t Snoopy outright deny knowing her? The second question is easy: he gets a free marshmallow sundae out of her confusion. (I know, it’s all PeanutsVerse logic.)
