The move in panel 3 is impossible – all the double word score squares are either too far away or at a diagonal from the triple word score squares.
Now, if that D were on a double LETTER score, then it would not only work, but there are a few spots where Mrs. Meyer might hit TWO triple word scores at once – which given the word “quandary” would nab her 189 points.
rayannina, it’s “very similar to Scrabble, but definitely not Scrabble.” They have probably moved the bonus squares around on the knock-off.
So you are safe to answer the door, providing you don’t know too much about the falling bricks game that’s very similar to Tetris but definitely not Tetris.
