Gee Clark Kent, here in Colorado bikers ride on the road, not on the sidewalk. Sidewalks are for walkers.
Except the river trail here, then everyone bikers, walkers. The only ones they banned were those upright riding machines called sedgeways or something like that.
…trying to remember the name of that guy who used to be real heavy and then he started jogging, lost a lot of weight and then became a celebrity and started the whole jogging movement back in the 1970s. He then had a massive coronary while out jogging and died - I think it was in the mid 1980s…
Exercise, eat healthy, live carefully, die anyway. THIS life is NOT it.
“There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.” Proverbs 16:25
SO
“But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.” Matthew 6:20
ilsapadu, I can’t stand Trump, so I won’t be able to help you.
Reminiscent of a friend of mine who said he had no success with roach pills. He caught the roaches fine, but he couldn’t get them to swallow the pills.

Yeah. There are plenty. We had a guy here who was out jogging and got hit by a bus. If he hadn’t been jogging, he’d still be alive.

3 computer techs that I know all died in their 30’s and 40’s because they never moved.
I’d continue, but it’s time for my morning walk. See ya later!

Chief, think how old your mentor would be if he’d exercised! A hundred and something.
I have an ad on this page that’s says Tues. 3/15 they’re going to Roast Trump! That aughta be a blast. Will somebody watch it for me? I hate tv.

That bouncing when they jog makes for stronger fleas and lice on blood sucking bankers and stock brokers, “birds of a feather”?

I figure that each 30 minutes of exercise probably adds 15 minutes to your life, so it’s a net loss.

Jim Fixx, not Foxx.
There was a comment going around at the time: “Why is Jim Fixx dead and Keith Richards still alive?”
