I once had a guy bug me about about faster IT service, when I had a hundred computers to deal with. Everything on a company computer is accessible by IT. I checked his browsing log. Next time he bugged me, I asked how that search for Filipina mail order brides was going. He immediately assured me he was willing to wait his turn for the upgrade. Also, what an excellent job we were doing. (God knows what you’d find these days.)
