Lucy empties the pieces of a board game out of the box.<BR><BR> Lucy and Rerun sit on the floor playing a game. Rerun asks, "Are we playing winter rules?"<BR><BR> Lucy replies, "Winter rules? Why would we be playing winter rules?"<BR><BR> Rerun answers, "Because it's snowing outside . . When the weather is bad, golfers play winter rules . ."<BR><BR> Lucy says, "We're inside the house, you blockhead!" Rerun asks, "How about a handicap? Do I get a handicap?"<BR><BR> Lucy replies, "No, you don't get a handicap . ." Rerun says, "In horse racing and golf they have handicaps."<BR><BR> Lucy says, "Forget it!" Rerun asks, "If I lose, can I hit you over the head with the empty box?"<BR><BR> Lucy says, "Try that just once, and I'll throw you out the front door!"<BR><BR> Rerun lies in a snow bank in front of the doorstep. He says, "See? We should have played winter rules!"<BR><BR>

If Schulz had been a fan of John le Carré, Rerun would have asked if they could play using “Moscow rules”.
