There was no ice cap in the Mesozoic (248-65 mya) and more recently the Miocene (34-20 mya) so we will be “fine”. The storms will be worse. many diseases will flourish including those frozen in 1919 are coming out now in 2020.

Hmm, 12 years later and the ice caps are still there.
