That’s why I cut the cable 15 years ago.

It’s not just cable that does this almost every known government agency does the self same thing.

You could so easily update this one. “You’ve reach the COVID vaccine registration portal. Please hold. The next available call taker will be with you in approximately the time it takes Hell to freeze over.” (Although, they did eventually answer, and I’m on for next Tuesday.)
