Charlie sits in class, pulls out his lunch and asks, "Lunch time?"<BR><BR> Charlie and Linus are walking outside with their lunches.<BR><BR> Linus notices, "There she is, Charlie Brown.. There's the little red-haired girl.."<BR><BR> After they sit down on a bench, Charlie nervously says, "Of all the playground benches on all the playgrounds in all the world, she has to sit there.."<BR><BR> Charlie says, "Play it Linus.. If she can stand it, I can play it.."<BR><BR> Linus turns on a song<BR><BR> Linus reports, "She's leaving, Charlie Brown.."<BR><BR> Charlie holds up his drink and toasts, "Here's looking at you, kid.."<BR><BR> Linus realizes, "Hey! I think somebody stole my lunch box.."<BR><BR> Charlie walks off and says, "Round up the usual suspects."<BR><BR>

Perhaps the little red-haired girl’s name is Ilsa….

I assume this is a pop culture reference, but I don’t understand it. Can someone explain?
