    I’m not sure about the kiss of the spider-man scene but there seems to be a theme of saying good by in the end of all these romantic selections. It does not bode well for the kibble.

    In panel 5, there’s no way Poncho Blaine would have let Isla Kibble board that plane with Victor Lazslo. Rather, like Count Almaszy in “The English Patient,” he would have traded Allied secrets to the Nazis to ensure that he and his beloved could remain together.
