I don’t think that the joke is any deeper than the three sisters have names associated with web design and / or typography. The twin’s names are image file extensions. A .gif probably needs no explanation; a .tiff would more likely be used in print media. Her t-shirt is also a reference – CMKY (done AC/DC style as CM/KY) is a nod to the colors used in printing
