Squirrels are lazy and forgetful. Most of their winter food is buried in my flower beds with the soft soil, and I’m constantly having to pull up small trees from the nuts they forgot over the winter.
All the squirrels in my neighborhood are too busy playing slap and tickle to hide eggs.
