Violet sits on the grass with a baking pan and a mixing-bowl/spoon in front of her. She exclaims,"Ah, these are Deluxe mud pies...I've added buttermilk and brown sugar!"<BR><BR> She reaches out a pie to Charlie Brown and says,"Here, Charlie Brown, try one..."<BR><BR> She stands and puts her hands to her face. She asks as he takes a bite,"Are they all right?"<BR><BR> He replies,"I'm sorry, Violet, but I've got a cold, and really can't taste a thing!"<BR><BR>

Violet was quite nice back then. Too bad she eventually turned into Lucy-lite.

Geophagy doesn’t go down too well in Minnesota anyway. Violet would have more success with her mud pies in the rural South.
