Unless I’m wrong, a SUB floor is UNDER the floor they are standing on. OR does their cell start with a SUB floor? I don’t think this was thought out very well.
In a place with walk-thru cell bars and shovels allowed in the cell— it makes sense.
Kinda our there in full view of the wardens, no?
It’s so much better having a hardwood floor when you’re doing hard time.
