I think it will take a long time for people to be comfortable near strangers after this is over. We are used to keeping 6 feet away from them and regarding them with suspicion.
Unfortunately there’s no putting this genie back in the bottle. There will always be reservoirs of virus: people who are only suppressing the infection, not eliminating it. So quarantine everybody for 2 weeks or 2 months, and it will just start spreading again once the quarantine is lifted.
