I know that feeling from panel 6-10, where you wanna punch your sibling so badly for injustice and yet you know that if you do you’ll get punched back and much harder, so you settle for second best and say the worst thing you can think of.

It’s no wonder Mrs. VanPelt eventually deprived her son and daughter of TV for awhile, to teach them a LESSON, about constantly fighting over the TV set. But then, that would have been HER and Mr.Van Pelt’s OWN FAULTS, for allowing Lucy to lord it over Linus, like she always did, instead of trying their best to keep their children “in line,”like good parents should.

That’s not a good comeback, Linus. I would have said “I hope your program gets cancelled!” Then I would have called the TV station to get her program cancelled!

Linus, get a bat and hit her, that will teach her a lesson. It’s fair after all the times she’s slugged people.
