I always wondered where that very weird expression came from.

Pop tarts suck. They don’t have enough fruit or icing.

We have had cinnamon rolls every Sunday morning since this pandemic. We eat them with our Sunday morning small group bible study. A sweet role with a cup of coffee. These are the sweet roll days.

Lettuce enjoy those salad days while we can, just don’t drown it in too much dressing!

Maybe salad was more popular with kids back in the day.

Okay, I have to admit, that’s a new one on me. I can honestly say I have never heard of the “salad days”. Well, maybe on a diet once.

I had never heard of “salad days” before. But living in Arizona I could see it being used to mean “the days that are too HOT to cook”.
