Why are we getting advice on how to get a raise from one’s employer from someone who draws comics for a living?
Just rephrase the final “offer” and it’s not a bad deal: Fired is zero work-hours/week, so half-way fired is half of his current work hours, and still at the same salary.
No, meeting in the middle would mean increasing his salary by 50% and having him halfway to being firing.
This Boss needs to meet with PHB.
