(Phntm) Not sure what P. means “...at this range.” He doesn’t appear to be that far away from Chatu.

(Apt. 3-G) Now Blaze, who apparently knows more than we do, is calling Dan ”Sir.

(Mark Trail) Does he have matches in his pocket?

(Rex Morgan) As Yogi Berra said, “This seems like deja vu all over again.” First Tony at the house and now Tony & Holly at the dinner - trying to manipulate Dex in order to get their hands on some of the money.

(Mary Worth) Looks like the start of a new storyline (panel 2). Does anyone know who the characters are?

(Judge Parker) Sophie is experiencing the pain of unrequited puppy love (yawn). What’s going on with the book tour in NY?

(FoxTrot) Paige comments about the meatballs in red sauce (salsa roja), brown sauce (salsa marron), black sauce (salsa negra)….and then the server asks if she wants them in green sauce (salsa verde). Ugh!

(Judge Parker) Time to get this story moving.

(Mark Trail) Nice idea Mark. It’ll not only make a nice diversion, but burn their garbage too.

(Phantom) Phantom is trying to psyche him out, and he knows the gun is loaded. I don’t think he knows where the gun came from.

(Judge Parker) Why is Dex so gullible? As Bugs Bunny would say, “What a maroon!”

nice wrapping up Mary Worth in one panel. I am glad her discussion with boyfriend Jeff about new technology didn’t continue. That’s Dr. Jeff and his son in the 2nd panel.

(Mary Worth) Teh: I agree that panel one was a nice wrap-up. Where is Santa Royale (panel two)?

Santa Royale is a fictional town in California near the ocean. I believe the community Mary lives in there is called Charterstone. I really was expecting a longer resolution to this storyline. it had its good points and i’m ready to move on

(REX) OK they did confirm the #’s. I don’t think the “snakes” know about June and Rex’s involvement with the ticket.

(3G) So Blaze knows him-He must be someone involved with plays, movies and music productions.

(JP) Sophie is infactuated, as she has no idea what she is talking about.

(MW) Dawn have a new beau to be in her life?

@marvee thanks for your comment yesterday.

Foxtrot: The English version says “fuzzy green sauce”. Not good either way.

MW: Was it Dr. Jeff’s son or daughter that was getting married when I (we) began reading this strip (after many years away)? This son probably came home for the wedding but I don’t know his back story. Maybe it will come out as we go forward. A3G: Dan must be really important, they are freaking out! Rex, M.D. - We’ve got the setup, now let’s move in for the kill. Judge: So, teen age girls have crushes and heart breaks. What I want to know is what Angel knows about Connie, and more about his background that he has so much inside knowledge for a limo driver. Maybe it’s like the old “Upstairs, Downstairs”. Upstairs knew so little about their servants because they viewed them as part of the furniture, while Downstair knew all the secrets of the Upstairs.
