@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny but a variation of a theme , our HERO Mr Andrew Capp avoiding Jack’s pub because of his unreasonable demand that Andy pay his tab is typical , I can’t see any other pub giving him him a pint :o) my avatar is a photo of bev’s mutt Hendrix because he looks a lot like a dog we had that we named Gnasher like the one you mentioned that you liked , our gnasher had hair covering his eyes and a moustache , he hated men in uniform especially policemen and he would even bark at Arthur if he was in uniform , we got him as a pup from the SPCA and we had him for 10 years till he ran away from our front garden :o{ how was your day out in the sun? our day should be busy but calm I hope , with no Sunday drive or visits , keep safe and thanks for caring , did you hear the joke that because of the pandemic , terrorists like ISIS are working from home and blowing themselves up :o) BCNU friend since someone objected to my calling you pal
It hasn’t been sunny today. It’s been cold and windy and was raining last night. So I’ve been staying put.
My cousin had a dog that ran away too. It must be heartbreaking because you will never know why they ran away and are left with all sorts of questions.
Keep calling me pal if you wish. Take no notice of what anybody says. Some people are just looking to get offended by something.
Over here in the UK, some women are offended by terms like sweetheart, love, darling…etc from strangers. I’m not one of them. I like to think I’m not like most women. Thank the Lord.

Their town must be full of “nasty men” in that case.
