(Phntm) Now what? (we’ll have to wait until Monday)
(Rex Morgan) Tony and Holly exchange a sly look. Are they going to head for Rex’s office?
(Apt 3-G) At last we get to see Dan’s apartment!
(Mary Worth) Comments re Vietnam were based on references to VN in the strip on March 31 and April 4.
(FoxTrot) This strip about ”ataques cardiacos” (heart attacks) seems to be a bit off the wall. In the last panel Peter says, “Accident my rear end” and Jason says, “Just fighting crime with crime.”
(Phantom) The Ghost changed the rules on him. All’s fair in love and war I guess.
(Rex Morgan) A winner would not have told, Dex.
(Judge Parker) Go for it, Gal.
(Mark Trail) Or Monday, anyway.
(Alley Oop) The guy at the base of the rocket is Doctor Elbert Wonmug, the creator of the time machine that brought the cave man Alley Oop into the present. G. Oscar Boom is his assistant, an interesting character who is usually a good guy, but sometimes gets carried away by his own greed and turns baddy. Right now Doc Wonmug is giving him his “second chance,” for about the third or fourth time, to go straight. Interesting side note is that the strip usually deals with time travel, but right now it seems like we’re in for a space travel story.
Dr. Drew comes home from Vietnam to see his family and instead of relaxing goes to work at the hospital. Liza doesn’t seem as passionate about her work but is determined in her personal life. Maybe they’ll learn something from eachother if these opposites attract.
I haven’t found Alley Oop in my normal sources, i’ll keep looking.
Apparently Jason could access others’ MP3 and load the wrong music. I guess people who like Beastie Boys wouldn’t like ‘N-sync which played to the pre-teen group.
Rex- I thought Tony and Holly might be disappointed that the ticket is in a safe. If it was at the house they might be able to find it.
A3G - Glad it’s back to Tommie and Dan Diller. Probably won’t be any progress tomorrow.
JP- Okay, will we watch Sophie researching music for the next two weeks?
(REX) Hmm….. Tony baloney and Hollyhock have a decision to make. I think June will show Rex the card she got from Tony b. for his strip dancing job offer and they will
go that away!!
(3G) Yep! he’s somebody- go Tommie girl-good offer-
singing try out and breakfast :-)
(MW) Lisa’s on the move “hearts and arrows”
(JP) panel#2- Sophie has those infactuated “stars” in her
eyes look. Probably her first love- and of course, many to still come into her life . :-(

(Alley Oop) I didn’t realize that was Oop in the green truck (yesterday). Who is Oscar? And who is the guy at the bottom of the rocket?

SWEETBILL: (Rex) You have a good memory. I had forgotten that Tony had given June his business card.
