My 91 year old mom will grasp her phone, effectively turning off the volume with her fingers squeezing the volume buttons on the side of the phone…. then wonder why she cannot hear anyone. I finally turned off the button control. Now, she tries to use the speaker phone and just hangs up on a caller trying to push the speaker button. Sigh.
