    No body that has his own cue loses it. Itā€™s in itā€™s case at the foot of the bed. His pants are gone but his stick is secure.

Fieldsā€™ character Egbert Souseā€™ (ā€œThatā€™s Soo-zay, with an accent grave over the ā€˜eā€™.ā€) goes into a bar and asks the bartender, ā€œWas I in here last night with a $50 bill?ā€ The bartender says, ā€œYeah, you bought drinks for everybody.ā€ Souseā€™ is relieved. ā€œWhat a load off my mind! I thought I lost it!ā€
