Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Whenever I see discussions about rock lyrics, I’m reminded of an old Doonesbury strip in which Jimmy Thudpucker is talking to Bob Dylan about his lyrics, and Dylan says “I just wanted it to rhyme, man”. The last panel has Thudpucker thinking, “Now he tells us!”.
Funny enough I was gonna boil eggs today, never time to fix breakfast so I’ll make a few sausage patties that’ll be breakfast for the week.
I go to Easter dinner at my sister’s and my nephew says, “Want some boiled eggs? I’ll never eat them all”
Yea for Easter.
I like B.C.’s more traditional and apt take… probably more reasonable considering the name of their toon… though, that scene would ruin their timeline a bit…
…anyway…
I will say that I found this toon quite good and not hard at all to stomach.

I’ll take the duck egg.
I think he really nailed it with the Fink and Sir Rodney.

I didn’t get the Ped Egg joke. What is that all about?
lewisbower almost 14 years ago
Am I wrong but was the walrus not holding his guitar right handed? Did the Queen knight the wrong man?
Read this week’s Weekly World News for the answer to this and other mysteries. Like, why was Paul crossing Abby Road barefoot?

Ped Egg? Whats that?

If I am not mistaken, there used to be a product like support panyhose that was sold in plastic eggs.

A “Ped egg” looks like a cheese grater. It’s used to remove the calluses from your feet.

Awesome strip today!! Is Bung on a pogo stick, & if so, product placement has found its way to comics!

Nice going, Bung! You can’t even get through Easter without stopping at a bar!

I don’t think the pogo stick is nearly as good an example of product placement as the Ped Egg!

Josh, if Bung didn’t show up at the bar I’d think he was sick.

I have so many Questions, What answers would I choose? Is this really Butte, Montana Or the Eggs-istential Blues?

OK, Grog, just wait until Monday’s post is up. Ironically, Bung will be trying NOT to be sick.
