When I was a kid, paying my way through school, we had a guy on our shift who, when asked if he cleaned the toilet when he was supposed to, would say yes, regardless of if he did or not.
When the boss would say, “Well, it’s filthy in there!”
He would just look at him, and say, “well, then isn’t it one of the other guys’ turn?”
Took a while, but when the Boss caught on; he really got it!
“Isn’t it one of their turns?”
“NO, you did such a fine job, it’s YOURS from now on!”

Ladies room should be pretty clean. I doubt it gets much use.
