There IS another way, Geech, but it’s WAY over your head.

Work for a government job.

Elevator shoes would give you a bit of raise.

My experience with doing exactly what Merle suggests is the boss always finds another excuse to not give you a raise.

I worked with people like that . Do nothing and contribute nothing and the " union contract " got them raises along with the rest of us : (
