Back in the early 1950’s, I don’t think parents worried too much about what their kids were doing or what kind of trouble we were getting into. My father lived through storming the beaches of Normandy. How much more dangerous could anything be that I was doing? And any foolishness that I got into would only be seen by the immediate neighbors, not the entire world via the Web.

The act was him telling them he’s working on an act, whereas, he’s really hosting a party and snuck other kids in.
