I nearly died of a heart attack. No chest pain; only weakness & dizziness. By the time I realized what was happening, it was almost too late. I was clinically dead on the way to the hospital and needed to be defibrillated. I now survive with an implanted pacemaker / defibrillator. (I was only 53 at the time)
