I’m surprised nobody called out the fact that these are supposed to be grade school kids, 12 years old tops. Also, it fuels my suspicions that Nancy is intended to be older than 8. For kids that young to be engaging in sexually-charged behavior seems just plain weird. They should let them handle dynamite or play down at the local dump instead.
