I’m amazed at how many cartoons portray people enjoying having dogs lick them. I love dogs, but, please, I’ve seen where those tongues have been and what’s gone in those mouths…ugh, no licking! And while admittedly rare, there’s always the chance of getting a devastating infection, like the man from Wisconsin who had to have his limbs amputated.
