We have 4, and for all the good they do for us psychologically they should be considered service pets

Now all that kitty needs is a can of open tuna.

Petting a cat has been shown to reduce cortisol and increase oxytocin – it doesn’t do people any harm either. :)

I do this with my gerbil, but instead i put my face next her side.
