One may be stretching it
Every morning that I wake up not dead is a good one.
I live by the rule to always do two things every day that you dislike. I get out of bed in the morning and go back to bed at night.
Rationalizing will not help you live healthier, Ben.
As long as he’s happy that’s a good thing.
I could probably do a few of sit-ups if I could figure out how to get up off the floor when I was done.
I always say that it’s easy rolling out of bed in the morning. What’s hard is trying to then get up off of the floor.
I can still do sit-ups, but they are a modified version and I do it several times though the night and again when I get up in the morning.
